The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Dismissal of Permanently Elected Judges)" as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 2543), participation of the board of judges in adoption of resolutions concerning dismissal of professional judges is excluded in the following cases: the period of authorities is terminated; achievement of 65 years of age; inability of a judge to perform his\her duties due to the health conditions; submission of appeal on resignation or dismissal from the post of one´s own accord.
